How to open a popup by Custom Cookie option?
Before starting the setup of the display rules for your popup, it is assumed that you have already embedded the popup into your website, or attached via the plugin you are using connected to Popup Maker service.
Plus, make sure you have selected at least one opening event for your popup.
In the Display rules section of the Popup Maker editor, with Popup By Custom Cookie option, you can show/hide your popups, depending on specific cookies.
Simply check the Popup By Custom Cookie and click on the Add New Cookie button to set up the cookie options.
Add the cookie name, according to which the popup will be shown or hidden to the users.
For example, if you add "woocommerce" in the cookie field, the popup will be shown or hidden from the users who have the "woocommerce" cookie in their browsers.
Show - If you check the checkbox, the popup will only be shown to the users, if this specific cookie exists in their browser.
Hide - If the checkbox is unchecked, the popup will only be shown to the users, if the specific cookie is not found in their browser.
