Step 1 - Create a popup and copy the embed code.

Step 2 - Paste the copied embed code into your Blogger website.

After creating the popup and copying the embed code, you can paste the embed code into the HTML template file of your site.

Next step is to login to your account at Blogger.com.
Now, right click on the downward arrow near the View blog button and select Template.
