# How to set up the Overlay and Shadow effects of the popup?

In the section **Design** of the Popup Maker editor (the left side of the page) you can customize the design options of your popup - all to your preferences!

# Overlay Options

**Overlay Visible** - Check the box to enable the popup overlay
**Overlay Color** - Select a color for your popup overlay
**Overlay Opacity** - Select the opacity of your popup, 0-100
**Overlay Custom Class** - Add any custom class you wish for your popup overlay


# Shadow Options

**Shadow Spread** - Select the area of the popup shadow to spread (in px)
**Shadow Blur** - Select the degree of shadow blur of your popup (in px)
**Shadow Color** - Choose a color for the shadow of your popup
